Chemical Guys Mat Renew brought back the shine to my floor mats and removed lots of gunk/dirt! Also… This product also smells kind of like grapes once it is dried out and when you’re applying it! This spray comes in a durable chemical guys standardized bottle and has purple spray, to track where your sprays are going on the mats. I recommend you spray a lot of the product on your mats, so that your drill can create a chemical reaction on the bubbles and begin to break down that dirt and gunk! See the before versus after! This product works and is worth every dime. Plus, it has enough chemicals for at least 10 mat cleans, before you need to get a new bottle. (Depending on how crazy you go on spraying chemicals) 10/10 product. It does not leak from the bottle, and has a crisp purple color to the cleaning solution!

    Koch-Chemie, Adams, or Chemical guys for doing my car floor mats. KC was more expensive up front, probably cheaper per oz. Adams was not available without spending money on shipping. Chemical guys was at the price point I’m used to paying for detailing products with decent reviews from the YouTuber detailers. Rinsed the mat, sprayed on product, used a drill brush to work the product into a soapy lather, rinsed, dried in sun for all my mats. Overall happy with it. My mats are 5 years old so I wasn’t expecting a miracle. Not shiny or slippery at all. Looks clean. I wouldn’t say they are darker. Works.

I used a good cleaner to get winter salt brine and dirt off first, rinsed, dried and then sprayed the protective solution on the mat. As you wipe the solution off, it leaves a nice clean finish.     Chemical Guys 16oz Mat Renew is expensive, but works well...gets the job done and makes your mats look like new with very little effort. I also bought the drill brush, but just a hand scrub worked well. The downside of the product was that they destroyed the spray bottle by wrapping it too tightly in shrink plastic for shipping. After removing the shrink wrap, the trigger was already in broken pieces and fell to the floor. I had to use a big channel lock to remove the top since they manufactured the spray top to not be removable...I was then able to empty the contents into a useable spray bottle I had laying around. Too much trouble and time to order it again...now looking for another product that will be useable upon delivery without spending an hour to salvage Chemical Guys product.

    Can't say I want to I want to know what's in this. Chemicals, yes, but strong ones. Use in a well-ventilated area and maybe with gloves, eye protection, and a mask. It does what it promised. My floor mats (they never get very dirty) were clean in no time (like new) with the drill attachment and cold water from the hose.
